We require immediate justification for 'Scientific Spam'  attempt
at destroying our election business else legal action for damages
will begin. We send no spam. Your continued unfair and unprovoked
attack on our company is also damaging democracy by interfering
with hundreds of elections.

WITHOUT PREDJUDICE

As an example of the damages against our company caused by
'Scientific Spam' here is a comment received today from the
Actuaries Institute regarding their current election managed
by BigPulse:  

"I have just received a telephone call from the IT department of
PWC advising that the election emails to members employed by PWC
from you were disallowed because BigPulse is on a blacklist."

This will be referred to litigation.
