    Dear “Rocket Scientist”:

I am a REAL PERSON with a family to support, and I am the Director of business development for this company. I stand behind what we do here at AccuraScience. We want to get the word out about our services; to the right people. Clearly anyone can read on our webpage, Customer reviews, contact information, etc. and see this.

Not everyone gets their feathers in a tailspin over a little email message like you do. THERE IS AN OPT OUT, NO ONE HAS TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM US. We do not continue to send unwanted emails if someone does not wish to receive them. In fact, we get unwanted emails everyday, companies advertising services, and the like. We just delete them here. If they get to be a problem, WE OPT OUT, with no harm done. I personally get unwanted emails as well to my own email, I simply hit delete, and that nasty old email is gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who knew, right?
Have you tried this? I wonder if there is a Unwanted Email Anger Management class you can take?

Please provide YOUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS AND NAME if you would like us to take further action as you say.

Otherwise, we will continue to try to get this information on our own. If you are truly doing a “public service” for the scientific community, should you be hiding in the shadows?

Reverse phone look up may not always be up to date and accurate as sometimes people change their phone numbers! This number has now been disconnected. Please don’t invade the privacy of innocent bystanders, who owned that number previously. That is a physical address of someone and you have no right to post anyone’s personal information on any website.

Cyber bullying is much worse a crime than a email advertisement, don’t you think?

Shouldn’t you be able to stand behind your accusations and harassment with your REAL name?

    Thanks!
    TINA WRIGHT

Perhaps AccuraScience, Inc. should just take a good hard look at the Spam is That Which We Don’t Do document, stop making pathetic excuses already discussed therein, and stop sending unsolicited commercial email (spam). It’s illegal in many jurisdictions, you know, in Europe, Australia, and Canada. We have reason to suspect that you are sending to all of these destinations because scientists from all over the world publish in scientific journals from which you scrape addresses to build your spam lists, and we have quite a collection of proof as well.

Perhaps RocketScientist should just take a good hard look at the illegal activity of Doxing Laws.

    http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2012/11/28/the-illegal-activity-of-doxing-revealing-documents-or-personal-information-about-a-person-without-their-permission-with-the-intent-to-threaten-harass-intimidate-shame-humiliate-or-place/

Revealing a “name” per se’ may, or may not be considered “Doxing” depending on the level of anticipated anonymity. However, in this law, the term “restricted personal information” means, “with respect to an individual, the Social Security number, the home address, home phone number, mobile phone number, personal email, or home fax number of, and identifiable to, that individual.” This is an important distinction to remember.

Once you outline the address or location of a person, within which a person can be placed at risk, YOU have VIOLATED THE LAW. PERIOD.

In all cases if you outline the physical location of any individual with the intent to harm, shame, stalk, humiliate, endanger, or otherwise compromise the safety and security of ANY individual you have placed that person in a position of risk and you are in violation of ALL State Stalking laws.

Please provide your name and physical address as we have requested.
    Thanks!

Perhaps AccuraScience should learn to make the distinction between publishing information that the other party has voluntarily given to you and publishing information that has been gained without the permission or knowledge of the other party. Doxing is the latter.

In the present case, you have voluntarily contacted us in so many ways and given us more and more information about yourselves in the full knowledge and with the full expectation that we will publish it all.

Your only intent here is to SLAPP, isn’t it.

Oh, BTW. We don’t intend to humiliate any specific person. We don’t even intend to humiliate. We are paying attention to the business practices and procedures of AccuraScience, Inc. which is not a natural person last we checked.
