This is a violation of the <A HREF=\"http:\/\/mailchimp.com\/legal\/acceptable_use\/\">Acceptable Use Policy<\/A> of the ESP through which it was sent, MailChimp, as well as the <A HREF=\"https:\/\/www.kickstarter.com\/terms-of-use\">Terms of Use<\/A> of Kickstarter.
